Flat Holm Island is a small Welsh island in the Bristol Channel. It is owned and managed by Cardiff Council as a nature reserve, heritage site and visitor destination.

art.flatholmisland.com is an artist’s interpretation of Flat Holm, commissioned by Cardiff Council as part of the Flat Holm – A Walk Through Time project. The project has been funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and is running from 2018 to 2025. Our main website contains further information about the history and nature of the island and information on how to visit.

This website, a sculpture, and a flag walk or processional way have been conceived and designed by artist Glenn Davidson. Cardiff Council and the artist would like to thank all who have helped fund and bring this unique and original body of artistic work together.
